I have collaborated with Hopscotch Primary Care for years. They provide advanced primary care to rural senior communities, and my work helps translate their expertise into clear, engaging design across multiple channels.
I create visual assets that support their brand and mission, including brand guidelines, infographics, print materials, such as flyers and brochures, direct mail, social media campaigns, digital ads, and email templates. For example, I designed the “Provider Meet & Greet” direct mail campaign (see below), which led to increased patient attendance. It also received positive feedback from patients. This kind of impact shows how thoughtful design can strengthen connections within the community while supporting organizational goals.
Working with Hopscotch Primary Care has been rewarding because it allows me to contribute to meaningful work that directly supports the care they provide.
